Daily habits for Healthy Skin




For having a beautiful and healthy skin there are some tips we need to follow in our daily diet, such as:


1. Avoid greasy fast food and fried food

It can stimulate acne and clog your pores.






2. Don't forget to drink about 2 liters of water everyday 


Hydration helps the body eliminate toxins harmful to the skin and your skin needs to get the sufficient amount of water in order to have more resilience. Dry skin is also more prone to wrinkling.




3. Have enough sleep

Scientists say that adequate sleep plays a crucial role in many vital functions. It benefits heart, weight, immunity, memory, learning, metabolism and others.






4. Avoid stress as much as possible

Experts say the mind and the skin are intimately intertwined and a lot of nerve endings are connected to the skin. They also say that many skin disorders take their roots in the psyche.





5. Eat toxin-fighting foods

Eating toxin-fighting foods helps clear your skin. Foods rich in antioxidant have a protective effect for the skin.




6. Drink less refrigerants

Try substituting soft drinks for fruit juices and water. Your body will thank you later.

Here are some healthy foods for our skin:

Fatty fish (such as salmon, mackerel)
Sweet Potato
Avocado
Olive oil
Tomatoes
Lemons
Pumpkin Seeds
Green leafy vegetables
Beans, peas and lentils
