INGREDIENTS

       1  lemon
       2-3  inch fresh sliced ginger
       Other ingredients are optional


DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the ginger into thin slices.
  2.  Infuse ginger in boiling water for 20 minutes.
  3.  After that use a strainer to separate the liquid.
  4.  Add the lemon juice.
  5.  Take twice a day (half an hour before meals).
