Ingredients
- 750 g purpose flour
- 550 g warm water
- 25 g baker's yeast
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- In an appropriate bowl dissolve yeast in the warm water.
- Add the purpose flour and the salt.
- Involve all ingredients gently with a spoon.
- Knead (or put in the mixer apparatus) for about 15 min until smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place about 90 minutes.
- Pick it up and put onto a lightly floured surface.
- Divide dough in 2 or 3 parts (as you wish) and shape each part into a loaf.
- Bake 20 minutes in the oven (already preheated) at 220 ° C.
